L7 don’t need a festival as an excuse to come tour Australia. Previously announced as one of the most anticipated acts for the now cancelled Soundwave 2016, the punk rock legends are making up for the defunct festival set with a run of intimate shows in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
L7 dominated the music scene throughout the 90’s and spearheaded a ferocious underground musical movement whilst defying gender expectations for the greater good of kick-ass alternative grungy punk rock. Cited as a major influence to so many artists, It’s going to be killer to see them tear the stage to shreds.
Tickets go on sale 9am Friday 4 March via Metropolis Touring.
UPDATE: L7 have announced that they’ve had to postpone their upcoming shows in Australia and America. No replacement dates have been announced yet.

UPDATE: L7 have announced new tour dates for October and because Melbourne were super keen and bought all the tickets to the gig on the 11th of October, the band have announced a second and final show for the following night.
